Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Swedish steel group SSAB on the acquisition of Abraservice Holding, a subsidiary of Jacquet Metal Service, a European leader in the distribution of specialty steels.
The parties announced the signing of the acquisition on July 24, 2019. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to complete by the end of the year.
